Protectors for threaded pipes

PA-E - composite

Composite protector for protection of threaded ends of pipes and tubes consists of a core made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) with admixture of additives increasing dimensional stability and mechanical strain of protectors against temperature fluctuations and ultraviolet radiance, and with metal shell, providing the increase in resistance against mechanical damage. Making the thread on CNC lathe result in maximum precision of the thread and contact surfaces of the protectors, which fact ensures easy handling with said protectors and their application to pipes/tubes, providing precision protection of the pipe/tube thread against ambient wetness and other impurities, as well.

Composite protectors are manufactured for pipes and tubes of 1,315" - 20".

All protectors comply with standard API 5CT, 9th revision / ISO 11960.

PA-S - plastic

Plastic protector for protection of threaded ends of pipes and tubes is made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) with admixture of additives increasing dimensional stability and mechanical strain of protectors against temperature fluctuations and ultraviolet radiance. Protectors are manufactured for pipes and tubes of: 1,315" - 7 5/8" size with following end:

PIN - CENL, OE, OED
BOX- CENL, OE, OED

All protectors comply with standard API 5CT, 9th revision / ISO 11960.

PA-I - for drill pipes

Making the thread on CNC lathe result in maximum precision of the thread and contact surfaces of the protectors, which fact ensures easy handling with said protectors and their application to pipes/tubes, providing precision protection of the pipe/tube thread against ambient wetness and other impurities, as well.

Protectors are manufactured for pipes and tubes of: 2 3/8 " - 6 5/8 "
size with following end:

BOX - CEL, CENL, OE, OED
